NEVER buy a Techedge DIY kit (homicidal rant)
So, I finished putting together my 2a0, rev. 3. I assumed since I did a 1.5 before, one should be no problem. Wrong. He had a bad batch of PCB's go out, that there were shorts in the tracks everywhere. Guess who got one? yeah...now the aussie *** clown won't return my E-Mails, or forwards me to "the correct dept." when i call and suddenly i get disconnected. International calls are ------- expensive! Damn Piece of ----....I spent $250 on this damn paperweight, and it doesn't work because he sold me a bad circuit board. His excuse on the issue? "it's tax time, and things are hectic"

can't. the actual traces on the PCB themselves are shorted. I'm at the point where i might take an exacto knife and Completely cut the shorted tracks, and use a piece of wire to replace it.

I screwed up my tech edge 2.0a, it was my fault. I contacted the guy and he responded... it was very slow. The repair bill was only 20$ including shipping. I read on the tech edge yahoo forum that its tax time and hes behind. So give him a try on the board. He seems like a good guy once your able to get ahold of him.
