i tried his code and it said the codes been used too many times that it required a different one LOL
either way got it sloved, used the code underneth my little bros dell laptop

i just had that same experience. just call them to activate over the phone and tell him or her when they ask you "is this the only comluter you have it installed on say yes."

worked for me
