for me, the only downsides to FL are boring *** roads and no real ballers to pay me to build cars for them. the only people with money around here couldnt care less about cars

The irony of california in the cities there is too much money and then down the block are projects. You go from incomes of 250k+ down to welfare within 10 blocks. For example where tupac is From Marin city is a small area in the bay area. Just projects/shacks. You look down on the most expensive property in all of California marin county. Its odd to put it lightly.
K series is king in california. Its pretty standard these days.
