rig up a device behind the seat that holds a gun loaded ready to go; and make a system of levers that will pull the trigger when someone sits in the seat. but put a saftey pin in it that only you know about so you can drive the car. The whole mechanism could fit in a shoe box behind the seat and no one would be the wiser.
I'm sure that would get peoples attention if someone were to jump on in and would make the jumpers think twice about doing it again
/edit: or more realistically you could set up a switch wired to a 555 timer cuirciut that when NOT switched it would let the car run for say 15 seconds and after that 15 seconds fire off a loud *** siren. But if the switch WAS flipped the car would run normally. You could hide the switch in the glove box; or maybe have it remotely operated. I know wal-mart sells some ricer-riffic remote fog light bullshits that would work perfect for arming such a device. It's basically a remote controlled relay. you get out of the car hit the button "arm" the system and if a thief comes along he has no idea you did anything"
That would cost probably at max $50 for a pre-made timer type cuirciut and all the other ----

VSS is 5v signal, and I'm pretty sure IGO is 12v (power sent to the ignitor turns it off, ground makes it charge the coil). You might have to use a schmidt trigger to turn the 5v to 12v, and some diodes to keep power from feeding the wrong direction.
