Default need help faulty ecu crx!!!!!

can anyone give me help/ advice... my car barely idles... real rough... i checked the ecu and it came up as MAP sensor... i replaced the sensor and it ran the same... i then checked the continuity of the wire from the ecu to the sensor... it was fine... yet there is no voltage going through the ecu to the map sensor... i'm guessing a faulty ecu because this happens off and on and just "fixes itself"... any advice will be greatly appreciated... thanks guys.

does it idle really low and really rough, idles at like 300rpm some times? Mine does that too. I've been told if you pull off the idle air control valve, on the intake manifold somewhere, and clean that out it will fix the problem. then reset your ecu.

im not exactly sure where. I know its on the back of the intake manifold. Do a internet search for CRX Service Manual and you can down that and find it.
