Default Need help with ebay.

Guys Im foxed as to how to deal with this problem. Any help would be appricated.
Here is what happend.

===========================================
I bid on an auction and won.
My request to the seller please ship asap and please dont send me too many duplicates.

The seller sends me an e-mail saying we can work out a side deal obviouslly it would cost me more than what Id have to pay for the wining bid.

My responce no thanks. I bid, I won, I paid. Now just ship as per the terms of the auction.

He responds Im feed up with you. Take your money back and go buy a Slurpie. And he leaves 2 negative feedbacks for me. (Ive never had a negative feedback in 4 years). I say I will complain to ebay his responce Im a seller I generate revenue for ebay. Who do you think ebay will side with.

My question is I bid I won I paid. How can he do this to me. And what action should I take.

Thanks
Chinoy

File with eBay and Paypal. You can get your $ back for sure. You can also protest the feedback if eBay decides that you were defrauded.

go to your "my ebay" account.
scroll to the bottom and it will say dispute counsel.
then click "item not recieved as described or received" and go from there. EBAY is a bitch when it comes to disputes though because not one person helps you. you send them an email and somone responds, but then when you reply, someone else replies, and so forth.

now if you wanna call that mother ****** yourself go to the advance search button which is under the search button in the upper right corner at the start ebay page. then go to "find a member" on the left column, put in his name, and BAM. you have his contact info.
pretty easy. good luck.

Here is the guys responce.
=======================================

Hey, do whatever you feel is nessesary but the deal is
off. I've had enough of your demands.
Send ebay whatever you want. Remember though, I make
ebay a monthly income with my sales.... Do you?
I gave you your refund. Now take your $21 and go buy a
slurpee.

Yeah, I would just suggest forwarding all the e-mails to eBay. They make him some $, but he also is not making it if he is offering side deals for more money.

Wow he generates about $7 a month for eBay hes a big seller... I have had similar situation and it just took a lot of emails and time to get it rectified. Im gonna email him with his response and ask why I should by from someone with such a bad business ethic.

Towards the end I just told him stick to the ebay agrement.
I paid he should ship it didnt matter if it made it on time or not.
Just ship the stuff.

The advise I got on the ebay forum was move on if you got a refund.

If you view his auction its very vauge. There is no comitment to the lengths of shanks or the number of duplicates.

So my first e-mail to him was I prefer longer shanks and as few duplicates as possible.

His respone. All my packages are allready packed. If I have to give you fewer duplicates and longer shanks I will need to unpack them this would cost more.
My responce forget it just ship as per your terms on ebay.

I think he was shocked that he only got 10$ for his auction and was looking for a way to either get more cash or wigel out of the deal.

I would have still left it at that if he hadnt ruined my ebay feedback.
Im going to make a friging web page about this guy and get 1000 hits a month.
Swine.

The guy is really crafty cause I had bid on a few other auctions. ANd where ever I lost the guy sent me a second chance offer the next day.
Thank god I didnt land up paying for those.

Isn't sending a second chance against eBay policies? I believe you can get the boot from them for that.
