Default Need help with D15b

Damn I havent posted in a long time but here goes.

Okay so last week I pulled the motor out of my CRX in order to replace some wear and tear componets. Timing bealt, seals, gaskets etc. I also blasted the motor with a high preassure water/cleaner solution. I finished up last night and fired her up but she wouldn't start. What the hell gives! I'm very confident that I did everything correct, this is not the first time I've pulled/replaced this motor. It turns over but it wont start up please help!

Try waiting a while for ---- to dry out. Or take your dist. cap off and dry it out.
No but I looked inside it and it looked fine, no moisture.
