call the number.. "Hi i am calling from "XXX", may i speak to "NAME of EX""

or call the number and say "who is this? someone just called me on my cell"

In Canada if you dial *67 first, your number will show up as private. Maybe give that a try

it doesn't really have to be local to them just not local to you . so you can basically have anybody not around you call them and just start talking like they know them.

"hey whats up?, what are you doing?"

"who is this?"

"quite playin this is shawn."

"who are you trying to call?"

"this isn't jon?"

"no sorry man this is (insert ex's name here)"

"sorry must have dialed the wrong number"

Forgot about *67. I called using that and got voicemail. It was her ex. She has known this guy for a long time and is friends with him. She is like that with a couple guys actually, both of whom she's had relationships with. Kinda hard for me to deal with, but I know she's not cheating on me cause that dude lives in Florida. I confronted her about it and she got mad that I called and that I looked through her phone records and ----. But I reminder her that she lied to my face several times and that I wouldn't be upset if she was looking through my ---- because I have nothing to hide.

She calmed down after that and apologized for that. She knows if bothers me that she talks to him so she tries to hide it from which is sort of ok with me. I'd rather not know and I'd be ok with that. But when I ask her and she lies that makes me think something else is going on.

Thanks for the help guys. Why couldn't god have made women less compicated.

I'm gonna have to go out to the garage for a while and work on my car to get my mind of this dumb ----. This might be just the motivation to get my car going again.

Well my experience with the ex, i didn't care too much what she did. So she told me everything. And even though I gave her the freedom, she didn't feel she was obligated to use the freedom. Basically she told me everything and she didn't do ----
