Yep, call it a loss.

just broke the 1 TB barrier, thanks to Newegg and Seagate. 900GB external, a 400 and 500 unit.

If you want to break that, Buffulo has a 2TB network storage with 4 500GB drives, but it goes for a grand.

You could get 4 500GB drives and a quad USB2.0 controller box for $500.

I would see if I could get one more PC going as well. I would unplug everything but the Primary HD, the one your booting from and cram that dude with as many HD's as I had IDE cables for. get more than one going.
