dude that looks exactly like a black top DOHC ZC. look at the intake manifold.. how it has the hump in the back. look how there is no cam cover (plastic). look how it has the cam angle sensor, look how it has the H and logo on the exhaust side.
its a DOHC ZC.

I tried to tell her to read me the engine code and decribed to her where it is and what it looks like and what possible numbers it might be, but I guess that was too hard for her.

Thats what I'm thinking, but I'm wondering if it is that B20, I wonder how much ---- they hacked to get it in there and I wonder how hard it would be to slap another D in it?
