^agreed.
I have been lucky enough to have no problems on eBay ...Yet..
hopefully my luck stays the same.
but seriously. contact eBay support and they should be able to do somethin about that feedback.
i'm just glad that they made it so Buyers can't give sellers a "Negative" on feedback. only good or neutral.
As far as sourcing used parts for my car though, yeah. i usually use eBay as a last resort. there are quite a few parts yards, and used parts suppliers around that i can get stuff from. (i own a miata though.. and tons of parts are interchangeable from 89-05 so i have tons of years of dead miatas to get stuff from)

anyway. eah. sucks to lose money, and it just annoys the hell out of me when people give unjust and untrue feedback.

i've run into a couple of situations like that where people use ebay to ditch junk parts and then smooth it over saying that it got broke in shipping. buyer beware...

yeah I've bought one thing on ebay that screwed me and it was a blu-ray player ended up spending 13 bucks to send it back which I didnt see but then I bought the same one new for 20 more than I would have payed, oh well sucks but hey you can't win em all

I ones bought a turbo mani for a ka24de and it was weld wrong but i sold the tubo and doubled my money back,so i guess what im saing you win some and then you loose some but it evens out at the end at least for me, in ebayI trie to buy off people with a 100% feed back unless i really need it, i take my chance.
