Don't get fucked, go to the hospital right now. If you have insurance that covers bodily damage for you, just call your insurance company - tell them what happened, and then go to the hospital and use your insurance card as insurance.
What your insurance company will then do is bill her insurance company for whatever the hospital charged them. Best case scenario is your insurance company goes after them in court too.
You should have taken pictures of the scene and both liscense plates, any skid marks after the accident. I didn't have a camera with me when I got hit, so I called somebody and told them to get there as fast as they could with a camera. I never had to use the pictures since the guy had the same insurance company as me and admitted fault.

haha ive been getting pms and ---- already...im gonna hold off selling ---- till i figure out wuts goin on for sure

well my insurance agent is a friend of the family and has been awesome so far even tho i dont have any coverage with them...I havent returned any of the other insurance calls so far today...just waiting to hear back from my agent and get his advice on what to do

There is hope...this morning when I was at school, my mom talked to the officer, and thats why we thought there were no citations...thats wut he was claiming. Well now that it is done, she called the sherrif's office to find out the final decision for sure, and she talked to anopther officer and i guess my cop asked him for advice after he got off the phone with my mom. he didn't know which party was which but he told my mom that earlier today he told the other officer that he should ticket the party who first lost control (which is definately her) I have a message in with the department to get the final decision but its looking good.
Then bring that and the officers report to her insurance company and tell them pay or you will ---- them hard
