are you kidding? did you not notice the 2.43 60' anyways, traps are good for mid to low 13's easily, just don't even waste your time at the track with street tires. get some good slicks or at least dr's and some more seat time. i would get on a dyno and try and tune your timing, 17° is VERY conservative for that low of comp. ratio, hell, i thought my 18° at 20 psi with 8.8:1 was conservative.

I understand that after VE occurs you can increase ignition as RPMS climp and yada, yada... but im kind of foggy as to why low compression set ups can have more ignition??
