that car looks pretty dope, the only problem ive everseen with 80's and earlier porsches is the interiors often do not stand the test of time, im sure you got that hadled. I cant wait to see that thing turboed, are you going with parts from the 911 turbo? how is the compatibility of parts between the na and fi strait sixes of that generation(as far as pistons manifolds, cams ect. ect..) im really considering an older porsche possibly a cheap 944 or maybe a 928

Yes, the interiors do tend to wear down. My Porsche has 56,000 miles on it and the black leather is prime.

This is a look at the dash...

Floor Pans...

If your going to get a a 944, there is tons of aftermarket parts. If you have ever owned a Porsche, you know there parts are expensive. As for the turbo...I was thinking of using the exhaust system w/ turbo from a 930 (3.3L Turbo. The engine case is the exact same as the my 3.0L except has a bigger bore and stroke. The bottom end internals including the heads are the same for both engines. My SC 3.0L Engine has 8.5:1 compression. (prrrfect for boost) I'll have to wait and see and consult a few Porsche mechanics, cause I really don't know a whole lot about my engine yet.
