General rules to calling someone out in GD:
The important thing is to be diplomatic about it. Get his attention, and tell him all you want is what's owed.
It's the swearing and threats that get these things locked.
If the diplomatic approach can't make the guy be a man, than just trash his name until he either sends you your ----, or until he dies.
