i had an electric hpi with the green speed gems motor on it, i thought it was fast until i raced a friend of mine that has a rs4....got my *** handed to me. i traded it last week for a pit, so your car might be faster then mine but my dog will tear your *** up

Yo Xplocivic, sorry to burst your bubble, but that setup you rockin righ there isn't gonna hit 80mph, Is that the Hpi RS4 Nitro RTR kit? That .15fe can take abuse but ain't gonna hit 80mph. ---- I got a yokomo GT-4 gas car with a .18 motor and it don't hit 80mph, shoot my decked out hopped up yokomo gt4 with an rb x12 wouldn't do 80. Two speed and all that shiet. So what I'm gonna do is drop a .21 engine into my ole HPI RS4, for ya'll that don't know r/c, think of it as droppin an h22 in an EF.

For all ya'll that lookin' to purchase a GAS powered r/c, I'll be sellin' my yokomo GT4w with a yokomo .18 engine, yes it is 2 speed, and has a few upgrades here and there. Yokomo's RTR version without the upgrades claim 60+. Mines utilizing the same engine, but I doubt you'd be able to hit 60+, realistically. I mean most of us will be runnin it up and down our street and not down a 1/4 mile stretch. But it's a quick car, I love it, you could do sooo much adjusting. I think yokomo is one of the best r/c's you can get. Anybody interested?
For all ya'll hardcore r/cers I'm also lookin to sell my DECKED out GT4, not really a street car, more of a track car. No engine though, just the rollin chassis.

Yeah, I was only talkin trash about the 80 mph. I don't have a way to measure it but someone told me thats what it would do with my mods. You know, the RC shop geeks. Anyway, they are a blast to drive and if I keep mine I'm gonna try organized racing next summer.

me and my boy were driving ours in an empty parking lot and a cop came over to see what we were doing, so we asked him to bust out his radar. my boys hpi rs4 (.15) with tuned pipe and header only hit 48 (sorry xplocivic 
) my traxxas 4-tec (2.5) hit 67 with a tuned pipe and header that cop about ---- his pants, he said "i could give you a speeding ticket, you know the speed limit in the parking lot is 15 mph." he was just ------- around though
