Default my new blown b7

i bought this awesome car...a 1992 Civic sedan LX. all i know is that it needs a new motor...today i finally get around to popping the hood and seeing why it needs a new motor. i try and start it. it actually starts....but its got a hardcore "rod knock" noise that sounds 10 times worse than a rod knock. so i shut it off...and look at the engine...seems fine...

wait what are these metal pieces...

a big hole

i dont know what happened....but there is no rod attached to the crank... so im thinking the piston is lodged up in the cylinder and the noise is obviously the crank hitting the rod over and over again.

looks like the b7 i got from turbo95civicex did have a purpose. thanks mike!

...or set the camera on the ground and prop it up to point at the block, nice-n-close. I did that once when Beaus car was on the dyno, "just in case" ahahaha.

haha...i was defenitly thinking about that. all i have is the video camera from my digital camera....but that should suffice....not to mention photobucket now hosts video. its loud as it is i cant imagine how loud it will be at rev limiter. i live right in the middle of a stuck up rich suburban town....so its always great to see peoples expressions as you shift at 7000 rpms as they walk their shaved poodle down the street. ill try to get a video tomorrow night.

I think it needs a 75 shot, and a trip down the dragstrip.
