i'd advise a new swing arm, or perhaps a better set of extensions. those look like ebay style extensions, are they not?
defnitely has the potential to make a cool bike, but he is in the hole with some SERIOUS cash if he already had a 200whp motor built and then went turbo. easy 8 grand on top of a 12-13k dollar bike thats only a year old.
