what you have done is A Federal Crime.
called Mail fruad. which is punishable up to 2 to 27 years of inprisonment.

not what makes it bad is that above conversation is not valid becuase its digital. though the persons and the conversation content isn't.
This makes the Crime Premeditaded and you will lickly get more then 2 years of sentence if found guilty.
im not a judge nor an advocate of the court.

at this point Spooling you need to contact the local athourities.
also note that you need to get all conversations, Email documented.
Most states verbal contract is enough. but since email is leagal media and any contracts made via email can and will be legal and binding.
im not totaly sure becuase its digital media and Courts don't allow digital media as evidence.

i had this happen to me a few mons back, if u used PP contact them if u sent it through usps contact them, than
contact the local popo's where this little ***** wrinkle
lives explain to them that the post office told u to call them and explain what happened i did this and the popo's went to this persons house and escorted him to the PO to send my wing ( a JDM wing for my 89 HB) i had it the next day and yes yellow spoon it is a sentance of 2-7years
