From looking at pics in four wheeler mags I always thought it would be a real smooth ride in the sand but your vid changed my mind on that one. Some sections looked pretty rough but man I would love to ride there. The bottom of that hill looked like it had a natural whoop section. So when can we see some vids of your car Doc?

Did you video tape that or were you one of the guys on tape? I'd be pist if someone sprayed my *** with sand like that one guy.
Anyways once i finish that quad project I posted, I'll go to silver lake which are dunes much like that.
Nice vids, and oh was that dsm on an 1/8 mile track? I coudlnt imagine going through a quarter mile that fast

The sand is smooth as hell, but that hill has thousands of people riding on it a day so it gets pretty choppy. Just over that hill there is miles and miles of smooth sand to rip across. It's amazing how much fun you can have with a couple miles of nothing but sand. 
I was the one taping everything. I coudln't get anybody to hold the ------- camera to tape me and my buddy race up the hill.
I'm pretty sure that car in the second video is a Neon
. It was a 9.5 1/4 mile run. Very fast. That first "miss" you hear is actually him shifting from first to second gear already.

I would have liked to get some shots of me, but it's kinda hard to find someone to sit with a camera and watch you ride.
I'm working on a way to strap my camera to my helmet. I'm going to film some good ---- when I get that going. Some "Homemadepolicechase" ----. 
More details soon.....I have another video with "some" riding on it, but I have to edit the ---- out of it and I'm still trying to figure out how to work this ----. I want to add some music, but I can't figure out how to put them both on the same thing. Anybody want to teach me how to use "ShowBiz".

I heard that New Years at glamis is pretty badass. My brother lives in San Diego so I might be able to get out there (I'll strap my Banshee on top of my Civic and drive) How long of a drive is it from San Diego to Glamis? I also remember them trying to take away alot of the land that you can ride on to make walking trails or some ----, is that still going on?

Yeah, New Years is pretty badass over there. I have been there quite a few times on New Years. The ------- people go nuts and ----'s on fire everywhere. The police are everywhere now and they ticket you for everything so it is getting to be shitty. They are taking the ------- fun out of it. Now it's $25 a week and $90 a season. It was $15 a week and $75 a season. Stupid *******.... 
The land is partially closed off, but there is so much open land that it doesn't matter. I can still ride in one direction until my gas runs out. I have never heard of any "walking Trails". You would have to be nuts to want to walk around out there. You can hardly walk up just one hill so I don't know how the hell you could hike?
My buddy has a crazy girlfriend who likes to bitch about everything(imagine that)
I get so sick of hearing about it, that's why I was ignoring him when he was talking about her. It's a shitty situation that involves a kid. He doesn't want to be with her, but she is too god damn stupid to be out on her own so she leaches onto him. He's a cool guy though, he just has a dumb girl he can't get rid of.
