my crx has a sohc vtec engine and this is the thing when its cold it stutters like a bitch below 1000 rpm and when it warms up it runs like a baby, but the idle stay at 1500 to 2000 range. Not only that but im running the A6 PM6 ecu and for some odd reason its only redlining at 7000 rpm. i thought it redline at 7400 or something like that. Do u guys have any suggestions? Oh by the way im gonna post up a vid of the car running, aight fools peace

what TB and intake manifold are you using?

Is coolant properly routed through the secondary idle air control valve? (one located below the throttle body) I'm assuming your using the 92+ throttle body on there. Otherwise you may need a new regular idle air control valve.

Btw, fuel cut is 7000 on a pm6 I beleive, not 7400

Originally i was using the z6 tb but something was wrong with the the throttle angle sensor but that ---- was fucked up, so then we decided to change the whole tb but not the same one because due to being broke i had a 94 gsr tb and i put that ---- to work. So far the car runs better than before but stills stutters when its cold. Im guessing it is the iacv. what do you guys think.

cuz the obd1 cars use the IACV to provide extra air to the motor during cold starts/running. the obd0 cars use a Thermo valve or a fast idle valve.
