a defrag having anything to do with him having a shitty upload makes almost as much sense as vtak not working, loc.

if you cant upload I would get Hijack this and run it. post up what you find and we will tell you what to ditch. Also check your host file located at c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\host open it with notepad and see if you have any crazy entries in there.

You probably have a ---- ton of spyware pumping out logs of everything you're doing

its spyware.....

ad aware is yer friend, then a defrag... id also lock your router down by mac adress if wireless......

I ran ad-aware and it didn't help any. I was wireless, but now I'm plugged directly into the cable modem, no wireless ---- anymore. I wanted to see if that would help, but it didn't.
