i see two escorts on this board both turbo'd not a bad power to weight ratio. ones more homemade then the JDM one i own.

Wow neuman, your as bad as a forum troll as me. :P

It's great to see positve reaction for a Escort from the Honda owners.

Damn thats a man who knows his escorts! I just flipped through the link, but did he ever get his IB setup going with being boosted? Cool setup nevertheless.

We need to expand to more clean, non rice, non honda set up's like this. Its nice to see its sleeper. Everyone keeps talking ---- about a 5.0 twin turbo mustang. I think its time, the new autotrader comes out today.

jeff i've been on here for a couple years. i remeber when this board wasn't even a board just a upgraded version of cardomain page for a group of freinds and the junkyard boosted cars. i remember seeing jeff (ABAZ) the first time at the street races and he had standalone before i knew what stand alone was and before fast and furious made it a household saying.

technically its the other way around. the 91-current escorts are the BG chassis designed by mazda. but yes its the same. the motor your buddy has is the same one i have. JDM!

not yet. but a friend of mine had his set at 15psi on 22inch slicks and ran a 13.4. but on street tires the best he got was a 13.9. still not bad times. i want to track mine when the tracks open up in the spring. i have nicer IC and IC pipes then he did so i may flow better but i need slicks if im going to try to go fast.
