I have a 1992 honda civic DX and it's a sedan. can someone tell me is it a D15 or a D16 engine? i'm tring to buy a turbo kit for the car but not sure if its a d15 or d16. Also, do i need any ecu upgrades if i'm only running 5-8 psi of boost?

Sorry steve, but the truth is that all 92 civic DX sedans come with the D14FU engine which is impossible to turbo. You bought the only honda ever made that is impossible to boost.

P.S. don't bother looking at the stamping on the front of the block, those numbers are meaningless.

first off, whats it matter 1.5 or 1.6 if you cant figure out you would be buying the same ------- turbo kit you shouldnt be worried about a ------- turbo in the first place, heres what you do:

borrow your moms Taurus wagon, hit the walmart, buy one of those fast and the furious aluminum wings put it on your car and boom instant horsepower, dont forget the nos stickers or the wind wont hit the wing right and you will lose torque.
