Default My annual Speed Week post -- 2005

Just got back from Speed Week here in Salt Lake City, out on the salt flats.
Got to see some more really cool cars but though i would post up a few that were very HMT.

here are a few choice pictures...




Big *** T3 turbo on a 500cc Bike


World's Fastest Honda? It’s got a S2000 engine in it with 14.1 pistons


And his record speed.


This was my favorite vehicle of the day... Note the intake over the passenger side.


Thats cause the little Toyota engine was pulled for a Kenworth.


This turbo was bigger then my head.


you can see how big it is in this pic. Also the nice Water to air Intercooler.

Its not about 0-60 speeds as you can tell with the tires, most cars get pushed started because there gears are so high.
you can spin the tires real easy in most cars.
