Before I had my HASport mounts, I did this on my stock mounts for my B18A, and it's true. Major difference in vibration.

it turns the stock mounts into solid urethane mounts.. of course its gonna vibrate more. there's less dampening..

if you wanna be even more ghetto than inserts go buy a tube of "3M window weld" and fill in the stock mounts until theyre solid. let it dry and stick em back on the car.. viola.. solid mounts for cheap

---- that 3M window weld ----! I tried doing that and just made a mess everywhere. I got some www.jimfab.com motor mounts and installed them not too long ago. My car rattles a lot now, but my front end and motor are rock solid. I think it was $110 shipped for the bottom 3 mounts.

ye, so i stopped being a punk and finally bought the energy suspension inserts.

i only put the two lower torque mount positions in, ill do the rear tommorrow.

what a diffrence, its like day and night, the vibrations only increase a lil bit, but it'll prob be worst when i do the rear mount. i feel no wheel hop at all, it was well worth it.

LOL yeah put the rear one in and don't think it wont rattle your teeth loose. You will get used to it eventually. I only back from a stop.

Ijust put in two of them in my crx and that was enough for me. I'm just gonna do the window weld ---- and call it a day.

Ha, you took the easy way out. If you do it right and take all the motor mounts out at once, do the window weld and let them dry for 24 hours they will work just fine.

Windo weld is the ----. Can't beat $14 to do the 2 front lowers and rear mount. We've done it on 3 cars so far all with great success. My $.02.
