as pointless as it may seem, it was obviously well thought out. I doubt anybody here has the nutsak to try something like this....waiten for the "400" hp guys to chime in . Again I realize its a waste of time so lick my -------

Its an interesting and undoubtedly rare swap. But that guy's a tool. It looks slow, my singlecam would tea-bag his ***. And also I'm sure people love to see video of you viciously womping on your car before they decide to buy it from you..........

yea, didnt seem that fast to me.

anybody here about the lotus elise with the k20 type r swap. guys from new zealand and doin a tour of america. he stopped by an autox event last month

The rear suspension + transaxle interface is the only bugbear. A four link and live axle setup is pretty straight forward, but some of those Audi/VW/Porsche rear trans setups are supposed to have wierd raked forward or rakes backward axle alignments. IRS is a ---- in the *** for hooking up in a big power RWD car, but this setup neatly sidesteps the longitudinal mount trans fitment problem, doesn't it?

And, I've got plenty of sac, son.

FYI, he's using a 16G off a DSM, that builds 10+ psi on a 2.0 liter engine when dry revved wih no load. On a 3.2 liter. He's probably making the 340 wtq at 2500 rpm, and the top end on the car is ----.

Yeah I was thinking that turbo seems a little small to me.

I would rather buy a legend and do an HMT setup on it with a proper turbo.

That Lotus link was badass though...

its not about having the sack to do it, its having the common sense not to.

i can think of way more ways id rather spend the money.

ill be the first one to admit I dont have the skills either, making charpe pipes and mani's, is to this is, comparing a cold sore on yur lip to genital herpes all over your -------.
