You can still hit 90mph, crash and die without the turbo so whats the difference if its no there or not. You aren't strapping a jet turbine on the back of the car or anything.

Yes the civic is SLOW. It's bracket racing so that doesnt really matter. My mom just opened the mail and got a big packet for me. I got my Tech-prep agreement which mean i can go to any technical school in Idaho for free & my I-car certification so shes very happy right now. Couldn't have come at a better time.

i commend you for your repect for your mother. you just need to sit her down, explain how important it is to you and what it means to you. i'm sure she'll accept that you have a goal you want to attain on your own. she should respect that, hell she should encourage your drive and determination. if she really feels that you are going to be reckless, i'm sure you wouldn't have a car to begin with. obviously you are responsible and only race during the season on the track. i mean c'mon, how would it look if the captain of the highschool drag racing team got caught racing on the street? tell her you are trying to lead by example. getting that ticket was a huge mistake and you have to accept responsibility for it, but this is your ticket, not her's. as long as you take the heat, she shouldn't give you more.
