lol you pasted that whole thing in response to "how do you mod the xbox" and the only thing it says is "now put the mod chip in front of the bios. you're done!" lol
I think step by step is what they wanted. anyhow, if you can chip your ecu, you can mod an xbox (or ps2). It's not that hard.

ps2 i believe has a lot more soldering work than an xbox, also i paid 30 to have the chip soldered in, hard drive set up, and a larger fan put in, granted i paid 50 for the chip, 100 for a 200 gig hard drive, and 5 bucks for a fan with a light which i used to light up my custom jewel (thing in the center of an xbox, mine has a biohazard symbol..)...
if you can find somebody at x-s good at doing tsop flashs you'd only really have to buy a larger hard drive.. it doesnt need a mod chip

I have like 5 solderless adaptors just sitting around, if anyone wants one.
I used to use them on my installs (I mod boxes as a side job) but then learned to solder them. So much better to have them soldered in and less problems if you take your box around alot. the solderless adaptors are great but sometimes they shift and loos the D0 point and cause the box to frag (flash red green).
I would say to get someone that can solder if you have it done. but then again if you want my adaptors i will sell them for 15$ plus shiping.
