mmmm chevyII
heres my inhereted chevy2
62 nova
308 rebuilt rear end
3 core radiator
2 speed powerglide auto tranny
327 v8, holly 650 4 barrel carbs, wiend 8004 aluminum intake manifold, .447 CAM, 1.6 rockers, TRW flattop forged pistons, high volume oil pump
its the 2 door post, the lightest model, any idea on how it'd do on the drag strip? the rear end would probably blow. but hey who knows.
this car is pretty badass, id love to drive this thing around becasue someone that is young looks really out of place in a nice classic muscle car. ive been debating on what to do, sell the Z fix up the nova, sell the nova fix up the Z, sell the Z, buy a bike, and use the rest to fix up the nova, or just keep em both. hopefuly in about 4 or 5 months or so the nova will be out of storage and a nice supercharger setup or tt setup will go on it, along with a beefier rear end, and a t56 swap lol

somedays i just want something new, the Z is fun as ----, dont get me wrong, but its fun to have somethin new. im very indecisive with my projects, i get them done, drive them for about 5000 miles or so, and then i want something else, or i want more power, and more power for the Z will cost around 3k

Re: mmmm chevyII
if it was me I'd drop the Z in aheart beat for a Nova...one car I will own in the future is a Nova or a Chevelle SS. hell I drove a nicely modded old school fox body stang over the weekend...the damn exhaust rumble was almost enough to make me throw my current cars up for sale to get one...luckily most decent ones are $3-4k+ and I'm broke. I love imports, but you can't beat the potential and the sound of American muscle
