Mini me swap on my slow as ***** em2*nsfw*
so like the title says, i have an 2002 civic coupe with the very unfavored d17a1(non vtec). So recently i purchase a d17a2 head that was previously ported and polished at a very reputable shop in newport news,virginia. So my question is that is was also milled 30/1000inch and i am wondering if i need to get a new cam gear to adjust the timing to compensate for the shorter head. Anyone have previous experience with having a head milled and timing gets fucked? im a noob at life, i know, dont flame, heres some soft core ****, you can has it.

turbo that bitch. That's about the only thing you can do to the d17 to make it reasonably less slow. I'm thinking about getting a rearsway bar and some decnt shocks/struts and autocrossing mine. But not sure if I even want to sink that much money into it

dam, is that your g/f? i said we need more pics 
also u should be able to just adjust the timing by the distributor to stock, if you cant then get a cam gear, but ive seen some pretty bad cases where the heads were almost unfixable and it didn't change the timing much at all

Might even help having the cam retarded a little bit.
