how are you gona de-rice it? are you just gona remove the kit, and wing and some cf parts? or everything that resemnbles rice? either way, how is it gona cost money for him to remove parts? its not hard, im you can sell all those body and get almost 1k, and the oem replacements you can get them under 500.
or go trade some other ricer who thinks that kit is m4d tyt3!!!
If the interior is painted(i duno, i didnt read all the "mods") then its easy to just sand it all down, and repaint them black or w/e you want it to be.
for 1500, id say its a good deal.

i would do it ----. heres some motivation
when i first got it
posting ---- online looking for a trade. sold 17's and aluminum spoiler that you cant see in the picture because the cord for the cam got in the way. and pow 2 weeks later
bought tenzo's and got stock bumpers. then traded the interior a week later. the only thing left now is the dash needs to be painted back to black and some misc interior parts. but it was fun. a change. its not gonna cost you a damn thing to change it back to stock. if you cant sell it trade it off. you still didnt spend any money. if anything you may have to buy a motor but whatever sohc's are like 200 bucks

Where's it at? We'll go see how bad it really is. See how much of that stereo got stolen, cause some of those components could be sould for a decent amount. Surely with your civic and crx you could put something together to get it running.
