Mig wire welding machine?

Re: Mig wire welding machine?
I was gonna go with one of those welders from HF a while ago too, but I just waited it out and saved money and went with a Lincoln 135T, with gas cylinder it came to a little over $500. it was a factory remaned unit with a 3 year warranty, so no worries. works wonders...and once you use the gas, you'll never even think of using flux AGAIN!!!! I haven't done anything major yet, but for the little scraps I've practiced on its a top rate unit!! plus now I got a cheesy(I think its cool :P ) mask to go along with it....LOL

If you are just looking to do charge pipes and exhaust, the first cheap welder you posted will do just fine. I have the exact same one. Sure your welds may not look pretty but it is 100% capable of doing what you want while saving you money.

the first welder u showed was onsale in the catalog for $80 when I bought mine. It was definitely worth the money. I have done atleast 300 worth or work with it. I made 2 downpipes in the first few days I bought it so it was paid off b4 I knew it.
Of course, gas is the way to go. Just depends.... are you gonna buy the gas welder and not buy the gas for another 3 years?
