Keep calling my cuz got them to send out a power block for the first HDMI xbox claiming it wasn't in the box. They sent one out, but it took FOREVER so they sent another out. Needless to say he got two powerblocks by calling them back when powerblocks were $75-100 retail.

You know you can flash a $35 120g WD hard drive and have a 120g HD.

When I was doing tier3 / presidential biz support for Verizon it was absolutely FORBIDDEN to fake a sup call. You got your sup, or a "floater" (Some that just walks around taking sup / calls above a normal tech's ability) Every call center / company I ever heard of where the call center's employer took a fee to use their services (VS owning a product) were all the same way.


Besides, xbox Max would fire them all! LMAO
