Dont know how much you want to spend Paz but one of the better places that I've heard about was Puerto Vallarta... Supposedly a sweet place. Planning to head there myself in the near future (NOT GETTING HITCHED THOUGH...) But I've been wanting to go there...

I dont know how the weather will be in September in PV but if you are interested in it you might want to do some research. I just know that its rain season right now... Its not cold rain but raining just bites in general. Supposedly the best time is like February-March or so...
