i ran megasquirt on my bmw....for a honda its useless....uberdate,turbo edit, ect are def better, easyier and cheaper.... u have to rewire alot of ur car and add new air temp sensor, coolant temp sensor, tps...that price assembled doesnt include the sensors...and may or may not include wiring harness and wire... your going to need at last 10 diff color wires and prob 10feet of each.

to hook up some kind of ignition tuning with it is even trickyier

You can run MS on a honda no problem. People even make there own wiring harness to plug it right into the exsisting ecu plugs. Mine is about ready to go into my RX7, which use to be carbed. That is its biggest advantage.

That is mine.

Here's a nice example. He used the stock Honda ECU case so he can wire it into the stock wiring harness: http://www.msefi.com/viewtopic.php?t=771

Yep, the system really kicks ***. The guys got the MS n spark extra edition working with a second gen CAS and ignitior for my Rx7. I can't wait to test it out. It is going in this summer after the built motor goes in the civic. I already have the extra stagged code on my MS, and it works perfectly. I can't wait to use it.

I'm really looking foreward to Ultra MS. When that comes out its just going to dominate. But the current system is really good and I'd reccomend it to anyone for a fuel management system. I mean for $140 you cannot get another engine management system that even comes close to being as good.

The only thing is, with me it is no where near $140. I need to rewire my whole car.. And if you get the flyback board, and also the relay board and wiring harness it starts getting expensive. But still kicks ***.
