Measurements for T3 flanges? I think i was shipped the wrong thing

Measurements for T3 flanges? I think i was shipped the wrong thing
my bolts holes are 3.5x1.75 center to center on the intake, and the discharge only has a 2" center port. WTF did I get? Seems to small to be T3 flanges.

thanks, and i would just hold it to my turbo, but i recently sold it, (and made a $100 profit), it just seemed too small. Guess not.
