I for one loved the movie, but it makes me wonder if some of the people who didn't like it may have enjoyed it more if there was a longer period between the second and third installments? I mean, isn't a meal you've been waiting for that much better than if you ate right after another meal?

No ----, the part when Trinity was dying, damn that seemed like an eternity, I was like just die already and get on with the movie!!

There won't be a fourth, the ending just confirms that "the matrix is in a continuous cycle of machines vs humans war and all the pervious "The ONEs" before Neo" as explained in Reloaded.

The actor that plays agent Smith has one hell of a movie agent. He's in 2 blockbuster trilogy movie franchises in like 2 years! Matrix and Lord of the Rings!

Revolutions sucked - I loved the first one, and I thought the second one was awesome for exploring philosophy.

I had terrible feelings in my gut that this one was going to suck - it was nothing but 'show' nothing deeper. Keanu Reeves proves once more that he is incapable of showing emotion (acting), and the dialog is terrible.

Maybe I'm being extremely cynical, but judging this movie as far as what makes a good movie, the Revolutions fails greatly. Whilst on the other hand, it does show what the capability of CGI can do, and delivered some awesome special effects - it doesn't make up for the **** poor acting of Neo, the seemingly countless plot holes (moreso for those who didn't even bother studying any of the Matrix merchandise to understand the story) I mean how many of you don't know what happened with the Oracle?

What a terrible end to a story that started with a guy who could stop bullets.

Sadly you're wrong. This will be the last "movie" for now, but the Matrix was originally designed as a series of comics. Coming next year the "Matrix" goes online, where you'll be able to play as an avatar in the world of the Matrix but possess the powers of a free'd mind.

Given the amount of profit potential the matrix makes, it won't surprise me if in 10 years they are releasing 3 other stories (just like Star Wars) to milk it for all its worth.
