I've had some of those piece of ---- tie downs break on me just holding down my motorcycle. No ------- way would I trust them to hold a car down.

yeah i def wouldnt use those homo ratchet straps. Chains and binders ftw. one time i recall a guy who had a a porsche 914 on a trailer like that and it looked like it was tied down with bungee cords. Anyway, the car rolled off the back of the trailer and went into the median of the I490 at roughly 65mph. good thing it went into the median, we were in a minivan right next to it.
