thats a defect of their product....if u bought a brand new car and they have a recall "that could cause injury" from a defective part or w/e...they will fix it for free....
i would try to sue them for medical bills....---- the guy wasnt speeding...im hoping he had his helmet on....and he was obeying the laws....
---- if ur brand new car broke in half and u had a huge amount of med bills from it wouldnt u think the manufactur should pay it was their product.....
