boiled pasta with butter/parm... it's what i live off of.. it's also why im overwieght.

i know how it is, the common food around my house is chips, bread, i used to eat potato's everyday for lunch (spicy jojo's from safeway ).. its not that bad. you just have to learn ways to get around eating nothing but cheese and meat. lol

crystal light is your best friend. there's seriously NOTHING in it cept 5 calories. i probably drink a half gallon a day. its probably the only sweet thing you'll ever eat. but DAM its good when you dont have anything else sweet to it. its like ------- a **** star, AND giving her the reacharound.

i've lost 5lbs in 5 days.. so i'd say its pretty good. its just the 1st two weeks thats hardest, <20 carbs a day is tough, but after that you'll have lost like 20lbs and can have 100 a day

I don't thing murdoc is too worried

but when I go to mcdonalds I usually get a qtr pounder and dip it in honey mustard as well as the fries.

All you need is hot sauce

Ramen plain

Ramen with tabasco

Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, steak, almost anything, hotsauce can make it better
