Making cheap food taste good.
Okay, so I'm pretty much broke. I was hungry, so I drove to McDonalds to order some 1 dolla grub. I ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches, shoulda ordered 2 more, still hungry. Well anyways, some filipino homies eat these things all the time and when they do they always get sweet and sour sauce. I typically just ask for extra mayo, but as I was waiting for the food, I decided let's try the Sweet & Sour sauce, so I asked for a cup of it. Well I'm eating it right now and that ---- is GOOD! Damn sooo much better than just extra mayo. Usually these McChicken are dry and this sauce really wakes it up. I just thought I'd share, I know peoples on here can't always buy a combo (me) or tasty food (me) so you gotta get creative. Feel free to post whatever you want, results of trying it, telling me I'm gross, or contribute other make cheap food taste better reciepes.
*the oragny sauce is the sweet and sour. I shoulda took a pic of the cup, but blah

Re: Making cheap food taste good.
you ******* need to make some taco rice.
taco meat + cheese + sauce + lettuce + taco meat + a thick bed of rice = some dam good taco rice.
stack it like this
lettuce
====
cheese
====
sauce
====
taco meat
====
bed of rice
I eat this ---- like almost everyday.
this is JDM eating.

Re: Making cheap food taste good.
If I'm grubbin at Mickey D's I order a double cheeseburger and a spicy mcchicken off the dollar menu, when I get home I take both the sandwhiches apart and 'make' it over like bun,beef patty,bun,chicken patty,bun,beef patty,bun. Thing's pretty awesome, they should offer it off the menu like that, haha. But hey for 2 bucks it's like a sore dick, you can't beat it
