yeah some of the cards in the first edition mtg set are worth hundreds of dollars a piece. thats a nice lil chunk of change youre holding onto

I can't believe how many nerds we have in here. :1 I can honestly say I've never played magic or dragons or pogs or any of that other gay ----. You guys are ------- nerds. :P

Thats ---- is worth some serious money if you know who to sell it to.
I played magic in middle school.
It was Free money and something to do on Thursday nights.

I don't know why the cards are so pricey, it's not like you can legally use them in tournament play, not even type 1.

well depending on the amount/condition/what cards you actually have you could be sitting on ten bucks or 5 grand. just gotta take it to a shop and find out. but look them up first cuz those are some shady mother *******.

It's a whole retail box of them, comes with the instruction manual and everything, which claims to be the current rulebook as of November '98. The box is a Magic box, fair condition, and all the cards are in fine to mint condition.
