i woukld never ever let something go without full payment, im sorry you did that, but yes, it report it stolen and sue his *** for a ton

How did he sell it?

He never had legal ownership of the car. If you still have the title you still have legal ownership.

He wouldn't even be able to register it in his own name much less legally sell it without a title.

Just take him to court and get your money. That contract that he signed will be legally binding and he will have to pay you the $1000.

Thanks for the advices. I think I'll go to the PD as soon as I get a chance to drive up there and see if I can indeed report it stolen or if I should just go to the courthouse and do whatever. ------- pain in my ***.

its a written agreement between the 2 with signitaures, even verbal agreements hold up in court sometimes, do you have a spare key, just go get your car man repo style then sue his *** for what hes done.

Man that blows. I would deff. report it stolen.

I would find who he sold it to and show them the title. If they refuse to give it back call the cops and show them the title. The guy is screwed all around. He broke the contract and illegally sold the car. After your done then he's going to have a little problem with the state.
