yup, i did that same thing. I was a stupid idiot and jumped off a swing when I was a kid, smashed into the ground and bent my arm the other way just like that. let me tell you it hurts like a ****. And it's the scariest thing to see your own arm all twisted around like that and you can't move it no matter how hard you try.
