.Nothing to be proud of.The population of Mexicans here in north texas is lower than some would think.Most of the crimes that you descrided Josh are commited by whites here.And the majority of white people here live in trailers just like you described.And ALOT are on wellfare.But thats ok rite.Thats not a strain on the system couse thats what the system was designed for
