Just eat healthy, well balanced meals and exercise. I did that and I was in the best shape until I stopped caring, now I'm not in bad shape but I'm just not lean like I used to be. Don't do any of this atkins no carb bullshit.

as soon as you get off of this no-carb fetish you balloon up again and you're like "----, I'm fat".
there's always time for excercise. cut maybe an hour off of the 9 hours per day you and all of us spend on hmt and use that hour for excercise.

first of all its ok for short term....diets are bullshit. just eat a balanced diet with a good carb to protein ratio and ur set. nothing is a replacement for exercise.
if you wanna get crazy try some clenbuterol cycled with winstrol injected every other day...ehheeh
those ephedra free supplements suck *** they dot work . also www. cheapsupplements.com still sells affordable ephedra until april 17th. buy it up cause once its illegal youll sell it for twice what u bought it for
