I got it for $1200+$200 delivery(plane ticket)fee. He drove it out here and I dropped him off at the airport so he could fly back. He should have some pics of his new toy very soon.
....and yes of course it's a 5 speed. Ny name isn't Stealthmode or Sinister. :P

The ECU is a P05 and it seems to have a 5500 cutoff. 
I don't know, but it's slow as ---- and the tranny is loooooooooooooooooooooong geared. I can do like 40 in first gear at like 5500rpm. I was doing 85 on the highway at around 3000rpm(downhill of course).
Will had a nice CCA FMIC with "HMT" painted on it, but the price of the car tapped me out so I had to pass.
