Geez I waded through all those posts just to see if there really was a d16 with 500 whp. I still don't know. The dyno not crossing over at 5252 is bull though.

damnit me too! I waded only to find that he gave up. he was going to make 500 on stock sleeves... thats pushing it. I wonder if what he said about just reinforcing the sleeves more and eliminating sleevewalk is true, and that it would let a stock sleeve handle 37psi.

Well there was a link in there of a Drag CRX that had 511 hp on a 1.6 SOHC D-series.

Is that the dyno graph that had the bogus cross over points? There was one dyno graph on a link to a honda-tech thread in there. That was the only dyno I saw.
