It's really not a joke, but it is. I heard she wants a porno for guns thing, where you could turn in a gun and get 10 new **** movies. She was quoted as saying she would "jump up and down after every speech" and that there will be less violence because "people are more calm after they watch ****."
She may have one good idea though. She said instead of making people take days off for jury duty and then paying them the like 2 dollars a day, she would only have people on unemployment be jurrors. That way, people aren't pissed about taking days off of work, and your already paying people on unemployment anyway.

The flag of the United States for the purpose of this chapter shall be defined according to title 4, United States Code, Chapter 1, Section 1 and Section 2 and Executive Order 10834 issued pursuant thereto.

(d) The flag should never be used as wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery. It should never be festooned, drawn back, nor up, in folds, but always allowed to fall free. Bunting of blue, white and red, always arranged with the blue above, the white in the middle, and the red below, should be used for covering a speaker's desk, draping the front of the platform, and for decoration in general.
